- Full-Day Equus Workshop with Soulful Prairies Owner and Gestalt Practitioner, Linda Bruce. Horses have unique abilities to mirror behaviors, communicate non-verbally, and respond to subtle cues from humans. Receive powerful personal insights and feedback from the horses to illuminate and transform limiting patterns, while gaining clarity and alignment.
*No previous horse experience is required, and all work takes place on the ground (no riding). - A.R.T Sessions with Laurie Eastwood to gather around the table, move from head to heart, play with an abundance of materials (the good stuff) and ignite the divinely powerful and brilliant creator in you!
- Cacao Gathering. This beautiful plant opens the heart and gives you an opportunity to connect at a deeper level. Gather in community with a hot cup of Cacao, breathe, reflect, open your heart and hear your own soul's whispers.
- Sound Bowl Experience. Sound vibration bypasses the cognitive mind and speaks right to the soul, providing a profoundly healing experience at a cellular level.

Jaime Myers:
My greatest joy is engaging in experiences and inquiry that free the spirit and give new life to the soul. My passion and art form is creating inspiring spaces that bring together essential ingredients for magic and deep transformation.
After years lost in school, at age 21, I was introduced to the world of personal growth and transformation and it lit a spark in me. A spark that has quite literally been an obsession for the past 28 years and has led to the absolute privilege of being a staff member, coach, leadership trainer, workshop leader and program designer for organizations committed to a better world.
With a vision of people being empowered to honor themselves, discover and align with their personal truth and lead joyful, soul-fueled lives, I founded Shine Life Design, LLC in 2013 and offer retreats, coaching and online programs.
Having led over 200 live weekend courses, 25+ years of coaching, 10 years of retreats and worked with thousands of people in various structures for personal growth, I've gained a tremendous love and understanding for what it is to be human and the shifts in perspective that set us free!
I live in the mountains of Utah with my husband, Seth, and our two teenage sons. We enjoy skiing, traveling and learning in life together - honoring the sovereign and infinitely imaginative being in each of us.

Laurie Eastwood:
Hello! I'm a champion for creativity on every level and have a strong belief that we, as human beings, are wired to create. I'm intrigued by the creative spirit within each of us, that unfettered joy of making something…anything.
Embracing our creativity challenges us, puts us in a place of the unknown, expands our understanding, opens our hearts, asks us to be courageous and to trust in the process. Every piece of creative endeavor is a new beginning, a new possibility.
I began my art journey by creating black and white photos that I hand tinted, printed, framed and sold in the wholesale market, including Restoration Hardware and Eddie Bauer Homestore. It became a very successful business which I loved until I didn’t. It became familiar and known, the opposite of what creativity offers, the magic in the unknown! After 12 years, I left the business and began my search to understand and embrace the creative process.
During the creative sessions, I encourage trusting the process and embracing mystery over mastery. Like a metaphor for life; we practice playing and engaging with the art from a place of curiosity, courage and compassion.
It's a joy to offer this retreat with my daughter, Jaime, and Soulful Prairies Owner, Linda Bruce!

I believe strongly in seeking truth to create a full life. If we take note, rise to the occasion, and see our vulnerabilities for what they are, we create a deep richness that will cascade into the corners of our lives. A richness that brings peace, not only peace within, but also one that ripples out and changes everything.
We are here on this planet to experiment, seek, fall and get back up again, all the while becoming more and more of who we are really meant to be. If I can be a stepping stone to helping someone along their travels of exploration I am grateful and honored.
Horses are prey animals and therefore have a heightened sensitivity to their environment. Their innate ability to sense others' energies gives them the beautiful ability to reveal our own personal strengths and struggles. Insights through the joint work of a practitioner and a horse are life-changing.
