Surrounded by golden aspens, crisp mountain air, and a circle of like-hearted women, this immersive experience weaves together art, movement meditation, nature, reflective inquiry, meaningful connection, and a guided Equus / horse-assisted experience to support deeper presence, inspiration, and authentic self-expression.

Co-created by mother-daughter duo Laurie Eastwood and Jaime Myers, Mountain Harmony Retreat invites you into a slower, more intentional rhythm — one that creates space for clarity, creativity, rest, and renewal.

What You’ll Experience

Equus Connection

Experience a guided half-day Equus / horse-assisted experience at a nearby ranch in the mountains of Park City. Through experiential interactions with the horses — no riding involved — you’ll explore presence, intuition, authentic connection, and deeper trust in yourself and your inner compass.

No horse experience necessary.

Creative Expression

Enjoy guided art experiences designed to awaken creativity, quiet inner criticism, and reconnect you with the joy of creating freely and authentically. All levels of artistic experience are welcome.

LUMINLY Movement, Breath & Sound Meditations

Experience immersive movement meditations using wireless headsets that blend breath, music, guided meditation, and movement to help clear stress, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you with yourself in a deeply embodied way.

Reflection & Inquiry

Throughout the retreat, you’ll be guided through reflective conversations, journaling, and experiential inquiry designed to support greater clarity, self-awareness, peace, and alignment.

Meet Jaime & Laurie

A mother–daughter collaboration rooted in creativity, connection, nature, and meaningful experience.

Jaime Myers:

One of my greatest joys is creating meaningful experiences that invite deeper connection, authentic expression, and renewed aliveness.

For more than 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in the fields of personal development, leadership facilitation, retreat design, and transformational learning — serving as a staff member, certified coach, leadership trainer, and workshop and retreat designer for leading organizations committed to human growth and meaningful change.

In 2013, I founded Shine Life Design with a vision of supporting people in honoring themselves, trusting their inner compass, and creating lives that feel more aligned, fulfilling, and deeply their own. I later became a certified Equine Coach through the Koelle Institute, expanding my work to include retreats, horse-assisted experiences, immersive programs, and private mentorship.

Laurie Eastwood

As an artist with a wealth of life experiences, I find solace and joy in the boundless realm of creativity that unfolds before me every day. My passion for art is deeply rooted in the belief that unrestricted creativity holds the power to illuminate the human experience like nothing else can. Through my paintings and drawings, I aim to weave a tapestry of storytelling, symbolism, and the intricate beauty of the creative process. Each stroke of the brush and each line on the canvas is a reflection of my innermost thoughts and emotions, inviting viewers to delve deeper into the layers of meaning embedded within my work.

For me, art is not just a form of expression but a way of life – a daily practice that allows me to explore the depths of my imagination and translate it into tangible forms. I believe that art has the transformative ability to transcend boundaries and speak a universal language that resonates with people from all walks of life. In my creative journey, I embrace the freedom to experiment, make mistakes, and ultimately grow as an artist. Through the fusion of storytelling, symbolism, and the unfettered joy of creativity, I strive to create art that not only speaks to the soul but also inspires others to embark on their own artistic odyssey.
