Day One - Oct 3 / 9am - 6pm 

Expand what's possible and reconnect with your inner knowing.

Through guided Equus experiences, you'll discover how the horses can reveal patterns, strengths, and possibilities ready to emerge. As you integrate these insights, you'll gain deeper clarity and awareness, reconnect with what matters most, and leave the day feeling inspired and renewed.

 

 

 

 

Day Two - Oct 4 / 9am - 6pm 

Bring your vision to life through creativity and expression.

Guided by renowned artist Laurie Eastwood, you'll explore creativity as a pathway to insight, self-expression, and possibility. Drawing from the discoveries and inspiration of the retreat, you'll create a personal visual representation of your vision while celebrating the meaningful connections and unforgettable experiences shared throughout the weekend.

Jaime Myers
For more than 30 years, I have dedicated my life to transformational work as a coach, staff member, senior workshop leader, retreat designer, and facilitator—curating powerful spaces for personal growth, authentic connection, and meaningful life design. After years of immersion in leading transformational organizations, where I served as a staff member, senior facilitator, and leader of workshops and courses, I founded Shine Life Design in 2013 as a home to my own approach to transformation, embodiment, and life design. Today, I continue to design and lead programs, retreats, and immersive learning experiences through Shine Life Design while also serving as a Certified Equus Coach through The Center for Equus Coaching and Founding LUMINLY Life-Force Coach. I have designed and facilitated more than 200 workshops, retreats, and transformational experiences.

Laurie Eastwood
With a wealth of life experiences woven into my creative journey, I find endless solace and joy in the boundless realm of creativity that unfolds before me every day. As an artist, creative guide, and founder of Laurie Eastwood Art, formerly J. Christopher Prints, I believe unrestricted creativity has the power to illuminate the human experience and reveal new possibilities within ourselves. Through my paintings and drawings, I weave together storytelling, symbolism, and the intricate beauty of the creative process, inviting others to explore deeper layers of meaning and personal expression within their own creative voice. For me, art is not just a form of expression—it is a way of life and a daily practice that allows me to explore the depths of my imagination and bring ideas into tangible form. Through my art experiences, I create opportunities for others to embrace curiosity, experiment freely, and discover the joy, connection, and transformative power of their own creative expression.
