Imagine three days dedicated entirely to you
Time to slow down, reconnect with what matters most, and explore what is ready to emerge in your life. Through horses, creativity, meaningful conversation, nature, and guided reflection, each day is thoughtfully designed to help you gain clarity, deepen self-trust, and bring your dreams into being.
Day OneÂ
Through meaningful conversations, an opening Equus experience, a shared dinner, and meditation with the horses, you'll begin to listen for the dreams calling you and set intentions for the days ahead.
Day TwoÂ
Through experiential Equus activities, dream life workshop and reflection, and authentic connection, you'll uncover new possibilities and deepen trust in your own inner knowing.
Day ThreeÂ
During a guided art experience with artist Laurie Eastwood, ignite your creative spirit and turn your retreat inspirations into a meaningful visual expression of your vision.
IntegrationÂ
Your experience includes a month-long integration journey featuring weekly group coaching calls, providing support, accountability, and community as you bring your emerging dreams into everyday life.
Dream AppÂ
Receive the Dream Life App to continue to interate and integrate your insights, as transformation doesn't happen in a weekend.  It happens through what you do with what you've discovered.
