I provide private and group life design and Equine coaching for individuals ready to tune into and map out their next inspired vision, those desiring a deeper experience of peace, ease and connection and couples wanting to create a partnership of love and connection.
As a Workshop Leader trained through Landmark Education, Alison Armstrong/PAX Programs, The Center for Equus Coaching as well as in The Work of Byron Katie, I've led over 200 live, in person workshops, 10 years of retreats and countless online programs and 1:1 coaching sessions - all of which have given me a vast perspective, understanding and compassion for the human experience.
I live in the mountains of Utah with my husband of 20 years, Seth, and our two teenage sons.
